Buckwheat floor: 25 grs
Whole
wheat floor: 25 grs
2 fresh eggs
Salt to taste
Mix thoroughly all the above
ingedients in a large bowl and dilute with enough
water to obtain a smooth but liquid paste.
Spread
a small ladder full of the dough over the "billig" (hot plate),
cook both side... Enjoy !
